What is Imagine Rewards?
Starting 28 January 2026, we’re introducing Imagine Rewards, our loyalty programme where customers can earn points for various activities and redeem points for various rewards.
Who can earn Imagine Rewards points?
Imagine Rewards is available to all Residential customers with at least one active service.
How do I join Imagine Rewards?
You will need to have an imagineGo account to access Imagine Rewards. If you don’t have an existing account, download and register via our imagineGo App or Web portal.
To access new features, make sure to update to the latest version of imagineGo App.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Points can be earned through the following activities and rewards:
- Bill payments
- Top-up and booster purchases
- Sign-ups, port-ins, recontracts and upgrades
- Applicable to Broadband, Fixed Line (Voice), Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile services
- Welcome points (one-time reward for all eligible customers)
- Birthday and anniversary rewards
- Tier upgrades
Points are not awarded for penalties, late fees, deposits, refunded amounts, failed or cancelled transactions, or transactions deemed ineligible under Imagine Rewards rules.
How many points do I earn for each activity?
You can earn points according to various activities. Points earned will vary according to your Imagine Rewards tier. 500 points is equivalent to $1.

What are the reward tiers?
The four tiers are Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tiers are based on annual spending. And higher tiers unlock additional benefits and bonus rewards.

When will my points be credited?
Points are credited after successful transactions such as confirmed bill payments and service activation for new sign-ups, upgrades and recontract.
What happens if my payment is cancelled or refunded?
If a payment or transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, the points earned will be reversed accordingly.
How do I upgrade to a higher tier?
You will automatically be upgraded when your yearly spending reaches the next tier’s threshold. Tier status is reviewed annually.
Do I get bonus points when I upgrade tiers?
Yes. When you upgrade tiers, you’ll receive bonus points according to the tier.
Where can I redeem my loyalty points?
Points can be redeemed via imagineGo App or Web.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem points for bill payment discounts and data boosters. Broadband and Postpaid data boosters can be redeemed using full points only. Stay tuned for more rewards coming soon!
How can I check my points balance and history?
You can view your total points and transaction history via imagineGo App by clicking ‘View Transaction History’ or Web.
Who are Imagine Rewards affiliated merchants?
Our affiliated merchants are businesses that collaborate with us to offer exclusive discounts and privileges to our eligible customers. The list of affiliated merchants is available on Imagine Rewards webpage on our imagine website and on social media, and will be updated from time to time.
Can the list of partner merchants change?
Yes. The list of partner merchants may be added, removed, or updated at any time without prior notice, depending on partnership agreements and availability of offers.
What is a merchant discount?
A merchant discount is a special offer provided by our participating partners that allows members to enjoy savings on selected products or services by presenting the loyalty points in the imagineGo app.
How do I redeem a merchant reward?
To redeem a merchant offer or discount, simply visit any participating merchant outlet and show the following Imagine Rewards details on imagineGo home page:
- Loyalty tier
- Loyalty points
- ‘Active’ status on any eligible service
Note: No points will be earned or deducted for merchant rewards. Applicable to participating merchant outlets only.
Who is responsible for the merchant discount offer?
The participating merchant is responsible for honouring the discount and the quality of goods or services provided. Imagine acts as a facilitator of the Imagine Rewards only. Unless stated otherwise, merchant discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Is there a minimum or maximum limit for redemption?
For bill payment: Minimum and maximum redemption limits apply to certain activities and are subject to change.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 365 days from date of earning. Any unused points will expire after the validity period.
