BruNet Email

HOW DO I LOGIN TO MY BRUNET ACCOUNT?

Below are the instructions on how to log in:

1. Go to imagine.com.bn/.
2. Click the “BruNet” button. It will direct you to the main page of BruNet.
3. Enter your Username and Password
4. Click “Log In”

Option 1: If you remember your current password, you can reset your password when you log in to your BruNet account by clicking “preferences”, under “Login Option”.

Option 2: If you totally forget your BruNet password account, you can visit your nearest imagine Centre and fill in the form. The processing period would take within 2 or 3 working days (72 hours).

If your email has been spammed, we will reset your password and you would not be able to log in within 72 hours. As your BruNet email will be locked and can be used once our imagine staff change your password.

You can’t receive any new email if your quota is already full. However, you can archive your emails via Outlook.

You can report to us via Write2Us, hotline Call Centre 111 or the nearest imagine Centre available.

You can’t send your BruNet email there could be problem with the setting.

If you can’t receive emails, your quota is probably full or there would be a problem with the BruNet email setting where you need an incoming (pop3.brunet.bn) and outgoing (smtp.brunet.bn) email setting. Usually when you apply for BruNet email account the setting is automatically set for you. The processing will take 2 to 3 working days.
