Our FibreEverywhere offers high-speed internet directly to rooms within a building using fibre optic cables designed to:
· Provide fibre connectivity to the entire premise with minimal signal loss and zero blind spot for an ultra-stable and consistent internet.
· Avoid the inconvenience of having to hack walls and drill holes to conceal wiring to fibre-up another room.

· Compared to mesh WiFi technology, Imagine’s FibreEverywhere is superior in quality with low latency.
· Indoor roaming is seamless with ultra stable and consistent internet throughout the house.
· It can accommodate potential speed upgrades up to 1Gbps to every room.
Is the FibreEverywhere available in my area?
Imagine’s FibreEverywhere is only available for customers with plans starting from 300Mbps and above.
How does FibreEverywhere differ from Mesh WiFi?

Is there a contract tied to my FIbreEverywhere subscription?
There is a 24 months contract for Dream Broadband and 36 months for Biz Broadband.
Is FibreEverywhere Add-exclusive for current fibre customers?
Yes, it’s available only to fibre subscribers who have active subscriptions of 300Mbps plan or above. See below plans:

What is the process for signing up for FibreEverywhere?
- Step 1: Please review your subscription to ensure you’re on Imagine’s Broadband of 300Mbps plans or higher. If you’re interested in adding Imagine’s FibreEverywhere, you may register your interest at the nearest imagine centre.
- Step 2: Our team will schedule an appointment for site-visit and
followed by scheduling an installation date. - Step 3: Your contract will start once installation has been successfully completed.
What happens if I move or relocate FibreEverywhere?
- Relocation within the same premise: You can contact our customer service to schedule for installation at the new location. We will be using the existing Primary unit, Secondary unit, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). Additionally, there will be charges for the new fibre optic cable. New installation charge also applies.
- Relocation to another premise: If you need to relocate your FTTR to a different address, you will need to bring along Primary unit, Secondary unit, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). You can contact our customer service to schedule for installation at your new premises. Additionally, there will be charges for the new fibre optic cable. New installation charge also applies.
What penalties are imposed if I have made a payment but wish to make a cancellation?
The penalty imposed are the remaining months of installments of broadband plan and device owed.
Can I pay the remaining months of the installments in advance?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to pay the remaining months of the installments in advance. Any advance payments will be taken as advance bill payments.
