HOW CAN I EXPERIENCE 5G WITH IMAGINE?
To experience 5G, you are required to:
- Subscribe to a Wish Postpaid Mobile plan
- Use a 5G compatible device
- Ensure you are in a 5G enabled area
- Enable 5G in your device network settings
HOW CAN I ACTIVATE MY 5G?
To activate your 5G, you may either:

Requests received from Monday to Friday will be activated by the end of day. Any other requests received after 2.30 PM on weekends or public holidays will be activated the next working day.

WILL A 5G SPEED TEST CONSUME DATA?
Yes, data will be consumed everytime you conduct a 5G speed test.
DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY SIM CARD TO GET 5G?
No. If you are subscribed to a Wish Postpaid Mobile plan, you are not required to change your SIM card.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M ALREADY ON 5G?
Your device should display the 5G logo on the signal bar.
CAN I CHANGE FROM 5G TO 4G?
Yes. To manually connect to 4G, kindly check your network settings on your mobile device.
WILL MY SERVICE BE DISRUPTED WHEN IT MOVES FROM 4G TO 5G?
There will be minimal or no disruption to your service. Kindly ensure that you turn your Airplane mode on and off on your phone to reset the network connection to resume services.
