Imagine Sdn Bhd and Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance the development of industry-ready talent in Brunei. The even took place at Brunei Hotel, Bandar Seri Begawan.

This strategic partnership will unlock valuable internship opportunities and real-world exposure for UTB students, empowering them with the skills and experiences needed to thrive in a dynamic digital economy.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Mohd Saiful bin Haji Omar, Acting Vice-Chancellor of UTB, and Mr. Allen On, Director of IBE (Ministry of Finance and Economy), Acting CEO & Board Member of Imagine Sdn Bhd — witnessed by Dr. Chin Wei Keh, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Higher Education), Ministry of Education.

Through this collaboration, UTB students will have the opportunity to undertake internship placements across various departments within Imagine Sdn Bhd, including ICT infrastructure, digital product innovation, corporate strategy, marketing, and customer experience. The programme is designed to expose students to real-world challenges, enhance their professional development, and foster industry-readiness.
