I am unable to see my call history.

You may apply for an itemised bill for local and mobile calls with a service charge per month per service number over the counter.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password for your convenience through the Change Password functionality.

Below are the instructions and rules on how to change your password:

  1. Go to your ‘My Profile’.
  2. Click ‘Settings’ if you would like to change your current password.
  3. Your new password must not be the same as the previous passwords.

Where can I view my monthly bills from last year in imagineBroadband?

Only past records of 6 months will be available to be viewed in. If you wish to view last year’s monthly bills, please visit any of our imagine Centres.

Why do I still receive bills although I have terminated my service?

You will continue to receive bills as long as there is an outstanding in your account.

What other services can I use imagineBroadband for?

With imagineBroadband login credentials, you can now connect to imagine WiFi Postpaid at any of our imagine WiFi locations using your Home Broadband Data Quota.

Will my top-up purchases appear in my bill?

Purchases of top‐up over the counter or via imagineBroadband will be chargeable in your next bill. This will appear under ‘Service Type: Broadband’ section as ‘BOD Top‐Up Charge’.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password for your convenience through the Change Password functionality.

Minimum EIGHT (8) ALPHANUMERIC and CHARACTER. Example of a Password is AbcD123! 
Password Policy:

  • The new password must not be the same as the existing or 5 previous passwords.
  • Minimum length of the new password should be 2.
  • Minimum number of alphabets in the new password should be 1.
  • Minimum number upper case alphabets in the new password should be 1.
  • Minimum number lower case alphabets in the new password should be 1.
  • Minimum number of digits in the new password should be 1.
  • Minimum number of special characters in the new password should be 1.
  • Minimum number of different characters between the existing and the new password should be 1.

Where can I view proof of my payments and monthly bills on imagineBroadband?

Below are the instructions on how to make payment:

  • Go to ‘View and Pay My Bills’.
  • Your payment history can be seen under Payment Details and your monthly bills can be viewed or download in PDF format under Bill Details.

Will I still receive my bills if my service is temporarily or permanently deactivated?

Yes, you will still receive your bills as long as there is an outstanding amount in your account.

Why can’t I connect to WiFi Postpaid?

Only services that are un‐throttled may connect to WiFi Postpaid. Please make sure your service has not been throttled and if the problem still persists, please visit any of your nearest imagine Centre or call Customer Care hotline 111. Only owners of imagineBroadband account will be able to request for imagineBroadband’s Secret Answer.

I have made a payment. However, it is not reflected in my bill.

If you have made a payment during the first week of the month before the bill is released, it will only appear in the next bill cycle.

I only have telephone service; can I still register and pay through imagineBroadband?

Yes, customers can still register through imagineBroadband as well as make payments through imagineBroadband.

How secure is the transaction payment through imagineBroadband?

imagineBroadband Application and Online portal payment function is verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.

How do I update my billing address?

We are going paperless! You may update your email address over the counter. Alternatively, you may register with our self‐care service on our website to view your bills via app or web self‐care.

What devices can I use to connect to imagine Postpaid WiFi?

imagine Postpaid WiFi supports all WiFi enabled devices that looks for an internet connection.

How and where can I purchase Prepaid Plan for Tourist Prepaid WiFi?

Tourist Prepaid WiFi Plans are available to users through a physical scratch card. Physical scratch cards may be purchased at specific locations such as imagine Citis Square and imagine Mall.

Please take note that this Tourist Pack will only be limited to Foreign Passport Holders*. You will have to present your passport when purchasing.

*Only Passport Holders with a work pass or work visa in Brunei with a validity of less than 6 months are applicable to this plan.

How and where can I purchase Prepaid Plan for imagine Prepaid WiFi?

imagine WiFi Prepaid Plans are available to users through an online purchase option or a physical scratch card. Physical scratch cards are attainable at all imagine Centres and participating merchants.

To purchase an online Prepaid Plan, users would be required to connect to the “imagine WiFi” network at any imagine WiFi Zone, click “imagine WiFi Prepaid” and follow the instructions.

1. Connect to imagine WiFi.
2. Select imagine WiFi Prepaid.
3. Click the link to purchase.
4. Select your preferred Prepaid Plan.
5. Enter your phone number, first name, last name and a valid e-mail address 
(this is required to receive a copy of your purchase transaction).
6. Choose your mode of payment either by VISA or MasterCard (debit or credit card).
7. Once successful, a summary of your purchase transaction and PIN Code will be displayed.
8. To login, click “Go back to prepaid page” and enter the given PIN Code in the field provided.
9. Click “Agree and Submit”.

For imagine Prepaid WiFi Scratch Cards
1. Lightly scratch off the protective ink to reveal the Prepaid Plan PIN Code.
2. Connect your device to “imagine WiFi” network.
3. Select imagine WiFi Prepaid option.
4. Enter the PIN Code as shown on the Prepaid Plan scratch card in the field provided
5. Click “Agree and Submit”.

Note: Online purchases will carry a validity of six (6) months upon purchase. Upon activation, the Prepaid Plan duration will come into effect.

I forgot my PIN Code, how do I retrieve it?

For online purchases, a copy of your Prepaid Plan details including the PIN Code will be sent to the registered email address after successful purchased.

How will imagine Postpaid WiFi affect my Residential Broadband plan?

Once connected to imagine Postpaid WiFi, the service will consume your home data quota allocated to the respective broadband plan subscribed. There will be no additional charges to the account for using the service.

What Prepaid Plans are available?

It is a ‘pay as you go’ WiFi broadband service exclusively for tourists.
