It is a ‘pay as you use’ form of WiFi broadband service.

imagine Prepaid WiFi is available at any imagine WiFi Zone around the nation at various shopping malls and complexes, businesses, and cafes & restaurants.

In order to access the service, users would simply need to connect their device to the “imagine WiFi” SSID, click on “imagine WiFi Prepaid” and follow the login instructions provided.

imagine WiFi Prepaid Plans are available to users through an online purchase option or a physical scratch card. Physical scratch cards are attainable at all imagine Centres and participating merchants.

To purchase an online Prepaid Plan, users would be required to connect to the “imagine WiFi” network at any imagine WiFi Zone, click “imagine WiFi Prepaid” and follow the instructions.

1. Connect to imagine WiFi.
2. Select imagine WiFi Prepaid.
3. Click the link to purchase.
4. Select your preferred Prepaid Plan.
5. Enter your phone number, first name, last name and a valid e-mail address 
(this is required to receive a copy of your purchase transaction).
6. Choose your mode of payment either by VISA or MasterCard (debit or credit card).
7. Once successful, a summary of your purchase transaction and PIN Code will be displayed.
8. To login, click “Go back to prepaid page” and enter the given PIN Code in the field provided.
9. Click “Agree and Submit”.

For imagine Prepaid WiFi Scratch Cards
1. Lightly scratch off the protective ink to reveal the Prepaid Plan PIN Code.
2. Connect your device to “imagine WiFi” network.
3. Select imagine WiFi Prepaid option.
4. Enter the PIN Code as shown on the Prepaid Plan scratch card in the field provided
5. Click “Agree and Submit”.

Note: Online purchases will carry a validity of six (6) months upon purchase. Upon activation, the Prepaid Plan duration will come into effect.

1 Day Unlimited Quota = $3.00.
3 Days 500MB Quota = $3.00.
3 Days 1GB Quota = $5.00.

Yes. The expiry date for each Prepaid Plan is activated upon your first successful login.

1 Day Unlimited Quota = $3.00.
Users are able to enjoy one (1) day of Unlimited Quota for 24 hours from activation of the PIN Code provided.

3 Days 500MB Quota = $3.00.
For this usage plan, users can enjoy three (3) days of 500MB of data once the Prepaid Plan is activated with the PIN Code provided.

3 Days 1GB Quota = $5.00.
With this three (3) day plan, users can enjoy 1GB of data once the Prepaid Plan is activated with the PIN Code provided. You are also able to view the expiry date of the purchased Prepaid Plan once you have successfully logged in.

You are able to monitor your sessions via the Self-Care Portal “Account Summary”. On the Account Summary page, users will find their PIN Code, data & time balance, and “Start Surfing Now” button.

Once a user has exceeded their quota limit, they will be removed from the imagine Prepaid WiFi service.

The PIN Code is case sensitive and alphanumeric. You may need to check whether any of the following might have caused the problem:

• CAPS lock is enabled.
• Typographical error.

For imagine Postpaid WiFi users who would like to switch services to imagine Prepaid WiFi, logout from the imagine Postpaid WiFi service will be required.

imagine Prepaid WiFi offers users a bandwidth speed of up to 10 Mbps per device.

Yes. imagine Prepaid WiFi is available for both existing and non-existing imagine subscribers.

imagine Prepaid WiFi is accessible for only one (1) device per PIN Code. If a PIN Code is currently in use, another device will not be able to connect concurrently.

imagine Prepaid WiFi supports all WiFi enabled devices that looks for an internet connection.

For online purchases, a copy of your Prepaid Plan details including the PIN Code will be sent to the registered email address after successful purchased.

Kindly contact Customer Care Centre 111. Provide the serial number of your imagine WiFi Prepaid scratch card and the call agent will retrieve the given PIN Code.

imagine Free WiFi is a free service provided to the general public to access the internet at any imagine WiFi Zone.

In order to access the service, users would simply need to connect their device to the “WiFi@LocationName” SSID, click on “Get a FREE 30 minute internet access” and follow the login instructions provided..

Users are required to provide their first and last name, contact number, and select their nationality.

Users will be able to enjoy wireless internet access with a speed of up to 1 Mbps per device.

Upon first successful login, imagine Free WiFi will be available to users for a duration of 30 minutes (or at a quota limit of 500MB) within a 24 hour period.

Tourist Prepaid WiFi Plans are available to users through a physical scratch card. Physical scratch cards may be purchased at specific locations such as imagine Citis Square and imagine Mall.

Please take note that this Tourist Pack will only be limited to Foreign Passport Holders*. You will have to present your passport when purchasing.

*Only Passport Holders with a work pass or work visa in Brunei with a validity of less than 6 months are applicable to this plan.

Yes, you can. However, you can only avail the normal plan rates:

Once you have exceeded the quota limit, you will no longer be connected to the imagine Prepaid WiFi service.

Note: If problem still persists, please visit to the nearest branch and fill in the Dispute Form. Our staff will replace a new scratch card for you.
